AH expects 2016 revenue growth of 5-10% thanks to new car models. It expects gross profit margin to be good when it implements cost control. It has budgeted Bt400mn to acquire a business next year. It has cash on hand of Bt800-1,000mn. (Khao Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: This has been a dog of stock for the past few …… actually the past 10 years.

BKD
BKD is talking to a partner to handle a property project abroad which it expects to finalize this month. It expects to get a Bt400mn project in Myanmar. It expects 2016 revenue to grow not less than 20% from 2015’s Bt1.3bn target. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

CHOW
CHOW says its 11MW Japan solar power plant started up on November 20 and will contribute good revenue. It expects the power business to be a key driver for company growth. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: The expansion to Japan has continued to a boon for CHOW, along with GUNKUL, they are one of the few companies to continue growing this way.

COLOR
COLOR expects 4Q15 earnings to be good backed by numerous orders. It expects to show a net profit this year. It expects 2016 revenue growth of 4-5% after expanding abroad. (Khao Hoon, 30/11/15)

DCON
DCON is talking to a prospective partner to expand its market in Cambodia. It plans to ask approval for its 2016 business pan in December. It plans to do a capital increase in order to acquire new land that will support its property business. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: Well the story for DNA has played out as we had expected in the past few years, earnings have peaked due the condo transfer and now it’s returned to trading at a fair value for its core business

DNA
DNA has signed an MoU with P.B.&K enterprise Co., Ltd for a potential collaboration, including managing the media business. It expects this to contribute large revenue and net profit. It expects 2016 revenue to be good after it has completed business restructuring. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: The owner is rather happy manipulating his own stock.

FPI
FPI and partner are ready to take part in bidding for a 36MW biomass power plant (covering 3 provinces in the South and 4 districts in Songkhla). It is confident it is ready in terms of material management and source of funds. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

JMART
JMART expects 4Q15 earnings to be good backed by 4G auction and launch of a new smartphone model of. It expects 2016 revenue to grow not less than 15%. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: I’ve been asked about JMART many-a-time and as much as I like the owner, I don’t care much for its core business.

ML
ML expects 2015 net profit to be good after it has started the program “Mida Auto for Cash”, which is widening its margin. It expects loans to stable at Bt3.5bn but expects 10% growth next year aided by nano-finance. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

MODERN
MODERN plans to sell 100mn TPAC shares, equal to s 48% stake or Bt780mn. It expects to book extra gain in 4Q15. (Khao Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: They are becoming shrewd investors in other businesses.

PTG
PTG shareholders approve purchase by subsidiary (PTGLG) of 32.01% of AMA Marine Co.,Ltd. It expects this acquisition will increase its logistics efficiency and distribution channels. It plans to issue a Bt4bn debenture to fund its 2016 business plan. It expects 2015 revenue to achieve target on the back of seasonally high demand for oil on in 4Q15. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: Since we exited PTG …. some 5-6 months ago, I am curious how they will be able to go to the next level as a company, do these additional acquisitions add value? If so by how much? Something to figure out.

SGP
SGP shares are of interest to local and foreign investors because of its sustainable growth. It expects a decision soon. It expects to get the projects in Myanmar, Laos, and Indonesia. It expects 4Q15 net profit to be higher than Bt700mn backed by demand from China and recovery in LPG price. It expects 2015 revenue of Bt60-70bn with net profit of over Bt1bn. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

TPOLY
TPOLY’s shareholders approved the sale of 9.35% in TPCH for Bt16.53/share or a total of Bt619mn. It expects to use this cash for debt repayment. It plans to take part in private and public construction projects. It expects 2015 performance to turn around. (Khao Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: TPOLY will have a great one time profit as a result of this.

TRC
TRC expects 2015 net profit to be a 4-year high from 2012’s Bt240mn. It expects a gradual growth ub 2016 performance aided by new orders. It is considering investing in new business which is expected to be concluded at the beginning of next year. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

TRUBB
TRUBB expects to show a net profit in 4Q15 backed by orders from overseas and government measures. It expects 2016 revenue to be good aided by recovery in rubber and a bigger market. It plans to do a capital increase via its subsidiary for automotive orders. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

UTP
UTP expects 2016 earnings to be good on the back of increasing capacity via new machines though 2015 performance is expected to be stagnant from last year. It expects a 12MW combined power plant to contribute revenue by end of this year. It is looking for a partner to expand in AEC. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
