Hemraj Energy Co, a subsidiary of the listed company Hemaraj Land and Development Plc, has signed a joint-venture agreement with Gulf MP to develop five small power plant (SPP) projects within Hemraj’s industrial estate, totaling 630MW and worth Bt34bn.
