ADVANC expects to report 2015 earnings of Bt38bn. It expects to pay a dividend of Bt6/share, equal to 3.5% dividend yield. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)

BJCHI
BJCHI say it is not worried about the downtrend of oil and gas industry as it plans to implement cost control. It targets 2016 revenue to grow not less than 15%. It took part in Bt6.5bn in bids. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
BKD
BKD expects 4Q15 earnings of Bt44mn, up 160%. This will bring 2015 net profit to Bt170mn (+80%). (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
BR
BR expects to complete a deal with an Indonesian partner by 1Q16. It is studying taking over local and international companies. It plans to distribute its products in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. It expects 2016 revenue growth of 10-15% backed by fast food and high demand during Chinese New Year. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: Well it should be no brainer for BR to diversify its revenue sources further throughout the region..

EFORL
EFORL plans to list WCI this year. It expects to obtain funds of Bt1bn and will use this to repay debt and expansion. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: It’s no surprise, this has been its plan for the past 2 years.
JSP
JSP plans to sell 600 rai to a listed company. It targets 2016 revenue of Bt5bn. It plans to launch two new projects valued at Bt3bn. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: That’s rather interesting….to a listed co? Why would it sell such a large plot? A JV perhaps?
MAJOR
MAJOR expects to do well from the good lineup of movies. It plans to add 100 screens this year (27 in 1H16). It expects this to raise its ad revenue and allow an increase in ticket price of 2- 3%. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
MONO
MONO plans to rebrand MONOMAXXX, focus on online movies, increase its contents, and provide variety of service. It targets 2mn subscribers by this year. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)

MTLS
MTLS expects 4Q15 earnings to grow 55% to Bt231mn driven by expansion. It targets 50% loan growth for the next two years. It plans to open 400 more branches this year. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: And they’ve proven it with their 4Q #’s that they would grow 50% last year, they still believe they can achieve the same net profit growth for the next 2 years.
PACE
PACE shares of interest to Singapore institutional investors because of its strong fundamentals and growth. It is budgeting Bt2bn to acquire land. It expects 2016 earnings to turn around on the back of large transfers. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: What fundamentals? They’ll have one last massive transfer and then?
PF
PF targets 2016 revenue to achieve Bt20bn (+67%YoY). It plans to launch 17 new projects, valued at Bt24bn. It expects this to increase sales to Bt16bn. It is talking to prospective local and Japanese partners. It plans to setup a Bt10bn REIT by selling five hotels. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
PIMO
PIMO is talking to a prospective partner in Taiwan about exporting to Australia. It expects a decision to be made and exports to begin in March. It plans to export to the US and Canada in April. It expects this to increase its revenue growth by 10-15%. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
POLAR
POLAR’s associated company Glory ACME Limited (GA) will open the Bt6bn The Sherwood condo in London. Glory ACME is a venture between POLAR and an expert property businessman in London. It expects to begin transfers in 2017. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
RS
RS decides to do a share repurchase program, not exceeding Bt470mn. It will repurchase no more than 50.07mn shares, equal to 5.02% of its outstanding shares. The purchases will be made between Feb 25 – Aug 24 this year. (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: Well its a viewpoint…first the management buys shares…then they use the company to buy shares…in a perfect world shouldn’t it be the other way around 
SC
SC expects 2015 net profit of Bt1.7bn. It expects to pay a cash dividend of Bt0.18/share (6% dividend yield). (Khao Hoon, 04/02/16)
Comment: Almost every property developer appears to have quite an attractive dividend yield payout this coming April
STPI
STPI got a US$34.2mn construction in Transmission Gully Motorway in Australia. It expects 2016 revenue to achieve Bt7-8bn. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
TNPC
TNPC expects robust 2015 earnings after it achieving Bt34.67mn in the first nine months of the year compared to the net loss in 2014. It expects 10% growth in 2016 aided by high valued added strategy, lower costs because of the drop in oil price, and large orders as the auto sector begins to recover. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
VGI
VGI has budgeted Bt150mn to invest in ad media. It plans to provide media management services in order to increase its revenue. It sees the industry outlook as good, on the back of public projects. (Thun Hoon, 04/02/16)
