AOT will open Don Mueang Airport Terminal 2 on Mar 8. This terminal can handle up to 30mn passengers annually. It expects 2016 passenger growth of 26%. It expects Don Mueang and Phuket airport to contribute additional revenue of Bt1bn in 2016. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)

BA expects 2016 net profit to mark a record high from 2015’s Bt1.79bn. It expects revenue to grow 10-11% from lower oil price and more passengers. It is talking to 7-8 international airlines to increase its alliances. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: They are posting relatively amazing numbers versus what AAV, THAI and Nok has.
BCH
BCH reported three-year best for net profit from lower loss from WMC. It targets 2016 earnings to be good because WMC is expected to reach breakeven in 2H16. (Thun Hoon, 02/03/16)
EFORL
EFORL reported 2015 revenue growth of 211%. It will pay a dividend of Bt0.203/share. It plans to cooperate with BORSAM to be a distributor of portable electrocardiographs. It plans to launch cosmetic products carrying the Wuttisak brand. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: No real surprise re the earnings growth as it’s been known for the past 2 years that Wuttisak was coming in and will be spun off.

EPG
EPG revised up FY2016 target revenue to Bt10bn from Bt9bn with growth in every business. It is budgeting Bt1bn to acquire new business. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
HMPRO
HMPRO targets 2016 earnings to be higher than 2015 with 10% revenue growth. It expects SSS growth of 4%. It has budgeted Bt7-7.5bn to open new branches and BIKE CLUB and new DC which is expected to handle 150 branches. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
JAS
BBL awaits JAS borrowing plan – JAS Mobile Broadband, a bid winner of a 900-megahertz spectrum licence, has yet to submit a new business plan to Bangkok Bank (BBL) to raise its loan amount over 70 billion baht from 40 billion. (Bangkok Post, 2/3/16)
Comment: Well they now have….just under 3 weeks to somehow scratch together a bank guarantee, don’t forget TRUE needed support from 6 banks in order to make this happen! We were joking the other morning that if JAS doesn’t proceed we should buy some shares…and then the spike upwards came...
KBS
KBS is budgeting Bt6bn to invest in new sugar plants. It expects 2016 net profit to return to the black after the 2015 net loss of Bt50mn, aided by recovery in demand and price and booking revenue from selling 22MW electricity. NCH
NCH expects 1H16 presales to reach Bt2bn on the back of property incentives. Its projects on hand are valued at Bt3.6bn. It plans to launch three projects valued at Bt3.7bn, which it expects to boost 2016 revenue to Bt2bn. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
NCL
NCL is talking to a prospective partner in Singapore to set up an associated company to engage in international logistics service. It expects 2016 net profit to return to the black with 20- 30% revenue growth. It plans to implement cost control and expand at home and overseas. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
NOBLE
NOBLE targets 2016 sales of Bt10bn. It plans to launch four projects valued at Bt12bn and Noble BE19 (Bt5.9bn) is expected to be the first. This project will focus on high-end local and foreign customers. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: I think there are better quality property companies out there in the market..
ORI
ORI reported 2015 net profit of Bt387mn (+450%). It will pay a cash dividend of Bt100mn and stock dividend of Bt30mn, XD on Mar 8, 2016. (Thun Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: Another stock divvy…well their #’s were no surprise given the backlog it had on hand. The question is only how can they scale?
PF
PF’s backlog is Bt6bn, of which Bt4.38bn is expected to be booked this year. It targets 2016 revenue of Bt20bn. It plans to launch Bt24bn in new projects, which it hopes will increase presales to Bt16bn. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)

PHOL
PHOL got a sewage disposal plant project, valued at Bt50-100mn. It plans to focus on sewage disposal plant projects this year. It expects this to contribute Bt500mn in revenue. It targets 2016 revenue to grow not less than 30% backed by Bt300mn backlog. It expects 1Q16 earnings to be good. (Thun Hoon, 02/03/16)
SAMART
SAMART targets 2016 revenue of Bt24bn (30% growth) backed by uptrend in every business and new projects as the economy recovers. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: The growth won’t be coming from SIM, so SAMTEL? Or will the power plant in Cambodia be up and running?
SPCG
SPCG targets 2016 revenue of Bt5.5bn with better net profit. It has budgeted Bt1bn for capital investment in 2016. It is talking to partner in Japan to invest in a solar farm. It expects to get an additional 100MW in 2016. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: My head now cocks to the left whenever I hear about Thai companies expanding to do solar power projects in Japan, the Japanese themselves a 0.0000000000000000001% cost of financing and yet are not all over these farms..
SYNTEC
SYNTEC expects to get 18-20 new projects, valued at Bt10bn. It expects this to support its revenue growth of 5% from 2015’s Bt7.37bn. It expects to recognize profit from higher occupancy rate in its residential business. It plans to launch a new phase in its residential project. (Thun Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: Well if thats the case…they the stock is cheap, plus management has been buying back shares for the past few years
TAKUNI
TAKUNI reported 2015 net profit of Bt65mn (+140%) thanks to the construction business. It will pay a dividend of Bt0.03/share, XD on Mar 14, 2016. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
TASCO
TASCO expects asphalt sales to achieve 2.6-2.7 mn tons (+15%) this year backed by high demand from abroad. It is budgeting Bt1.7bn for refinery improvement, buying 50 trucks, and IT improvement. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
Comment: There was an interesting tidbit from TASCO that because it has successfully been awarded a regional headquarter and Trading hub by the government it will save some THB 1 bn a year from taxes.
TICON
TICON expects 2016 revenue and net profit to be better than last year. It targets to expand WH and RBF by 280,000 sqm. It is talking to a partner in Vietnam. It expects a decision to be made by mid-2016. It plans to sell Bt3bn in assets to an REIT in 4Q16. (Khao Hoon, 02/03/16)
