ILINK
ILINK expects to take part in Bt5bn in bids. It is waiting for the result of Bt2.5bn in bids. Its subsidiary, Interlink Telecom, expects to sell 200mn IPO shares. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
Comment: Ever since the digital economy news disappated the same has happened to ILINK’s share price, even though nothing really has changed for this company.
 
KKP
KKP to sell subsidiary to Yuanta – KKP and Yuanta Securities Asia Financial Services, a Taiwanese securities firm with regional operations in Asia and Southeast Asia, signed an agreement yesterday for a 99.99% share purchase of KKTRADE Securities Company, a KKP subsidiary, by Yuanta. Comment: The sell of KK Securities by KKP was only a matter of time since the merger with Phatra, I’m just surprised they got a decent price for it
 
MC
MC expects 2H16 earnings to be good. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 15% from last year’s Bt3.95bn backed by a larger customer base and economic recovery. It is looking for a partner to expand overseas. It has budgeted Bt200mn for investment. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)

ORI
ORI’s backlog is Bt7bn, of which it expects to book Bt3.2bn this year. It expects 2016 revenue to hit target of Bt4bn. It expects 1Q16 presales to reach Bt1.2bn (50% growth). It plans to launch two condos, valued at Bt2.7bn, in 2Q16. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
Comment: Perhaps one of the more expensive condominium developers in the market, then again with a huge retail investor owning a significant number of shares who knows what may happen to the share price….
PACE
PACE expects to recognize revenue on Mahanakorn project in April. This project has 70% in presales. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
Comment: The white elephant is nearly completed. 
 
SC
SC expects 1Q16 transfers to be good aided by government stimulus. It expects presales of Bt3bn and to achieve its target of Bt15bn in 2016. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
SCC
SCC reported 1Q16 net profit of Bt13.61bn (23% growth) driven by petrochemical business which contributed net profit of Bt9.11bn (85% growth). SMART

SR’s backlog is Bt905mn, supported by Meeting and Pipeline (MPT) and Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV). It expects 2016 revenue of Bt1.69bn on the back of upcoming bids and a larger customer base. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
SUPER
SUPER started up 58MW in nine more power plants yesterday, bringing total capacity to 326MW. It expects to start up more power plants today. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)
SYNTEC
SYNTEC plans to buy a hotel valued between Bt100mn-1bn, with a decision to be made this year. It has taken over Eight Residence Thonglor through a subsidiary. It expects the construction business to be good. It plans to take part in upcoming bidding and to get Bt10bn in new projects. It expects its backlog to reach Bt11bn. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)
Comment: A rather interesting shift, basically they bought an asset that is 1/2 their current market cap, perhaps the next construction company to shift towards property development? 
TCMC
TCMC is looking for a partner via PP. It plans to acquire a business overseas. It plans to buy a leather factory. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 25-30% aided by profit sharing from Alston Furniture. (Thun Hoon, 28/04/16)
TKS
TKS expects 1H16 earnings to be good aided by Thai British Security Printing. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 20% on the back of numerous orders. It is budgeting Bt100mn for machine refurbishing. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/16)

  1. ILINK TELECOM IPO….any idea of the date and which houses will be managing the issue? thanks! as you mentioned, parent co. SP hit a 52 week low, today.
