ADVANC will bid for 900MHz. It is ready to pay the guarantee of Bt3.78bn after getting backing from BBL and KBANK. The bidding will be on May 27 and first payment expected in June 2016. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
Comment: Should be a non-event, my eyes are just turning towards 2Q #’s to see how competitive the fight for subscribers has been.
 
AJD
AJD reported 1Q16 net profit of Bt79.04mn, up 669.08% YoY, supported by more revenue from on-line top-up machines, set-top boxes and continued growth in its electricity ventures. It expects to sell 50,000 on-line top-up machines to support revenue growth 10-15% in 2016. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
AKR
AKR expects 2Q16 earnings to be good supported by a corporate transformer job and bidding for EGAT transformers of more than Bt6bn. It is confident that revenue will grow 50% in 2016. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
AMATAV
AMATAV sets 2016 revenue target of Bt1.4bn. It is confident that It will have transfers of 156 rai. It is negotiating to sell land 60 rai in 2Q16. It plans to develop an area in Vietnam. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)

BCP
BCP expects 2016 EBITDA of Bt12.6bn with GRM over US$6-7. It plans to list BVPG on the SET in 2H16. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
Comment: BVPG is their renewable energy arm.
 
CCP
CCP targets 2016 revenue of Bt2.6bn supported by its backlog of Bt2.4bn, of which it will book 60% as revenue this year. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
DELTA
Hong Kong fund is interested in investing in DELTA. It expects 2016 revenue will grow 10% supported by more orders. It has budgeted Bt600mn to set up a production base in India. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
EA
EA expects revenue and profit in 2016 to continue to grow, supported by electricity business and the COD of a 90MW solar farm in Pitsanulok. Its 126MW wind power plant will start operating in 3Q16. It expects to have capacity of 404MW by the end of 2016. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
ECF
ECF targets 2016 revenue growth of no less than 12% to reach Bt1.5bn. It will focus on expanding its market in Thailand and abroad. It is confident subsidiary ECFH will grow. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
KTC
KTC expects 2016 profit to be a new high after 1Q16 profit of Bt635mn. It plans to increase its credit card market share to 15%. In 2H16, it has raised its target credit card spending growth to 20% from 15%. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
Comment: And they’ll continue to grow, perhaps the next thing we should look for other than the 2x industry growth is if they can improve their TRIS rating and get a cheaper int rate on their debt.
KTIS
KTIS expects 2Q16 will be good supported by better sugar price, crude oil recovery and booking revenue from a power plant in Uttaradit. It reported 1Q16 profit of Bt49.7mn and revenue growth of 13.4%. (Thun Hoon, 19/5/16)
MALEE
MALEE expects 2016 revenue and profit will be a record high. In 2Q16, it expects to increase its revenue target of 15% as exports continue to grow. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
Comment: Looks like the Philippines expansion is doing far better than what most people expected!
 
WHA
WHA plans to expand rental area in 2Q16. It targets 2016 rental area of 250,000 sqm. It reported 1Q16 profit of Bt119mn. (Kao Hoon, 19/5/16)
