Comment: This has been a learning lesson for us, let the market take this company up despite that fact that you can run any DCF even with high growth #’s and not attain the valuation that it’s trading at today. PEG Ratios…gotta love ’em…
 
EGCO

OCEAN
OCEAN expects 2016 revenue to grow and turn to profit. It will focus on expanding its business abroad. It expects cost to decrease more than 50% in 2017 after opening its own showroom and installing solar panels. (Khao Hoon, 22/07/16)

PHOL
PHOL increased capital by 88.99mn shares at rights of 4 old shares to 1 new share priced at Bt2/share. It will also offer a free warrant to shareholders taking their rights at a ratio of 1 share to 1 warrant. It will use the capital to support expansion. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
PTT
PTT is negotiating with automobile companies in Japan and Europe. It plans to expand its business to install electric vehicle chargers at PTT stations. It which expects to have 20 charger stations within 2017. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
QTC
QTC expects 2H16 net profit to soar especially in 4Q16 on many orders. Its backlog is Bt200mn. It plans to take part in Bt2bn bids. It expects 2016 revenue to be no less than Bt1bn. It expects to complete its deal in 3Q16. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)

SUTHA
SUTHA expects its performance to mark a record high brought by lime orders, which is used as a raw material for infrastructure, plus sugar plants and a wastewater treatment project. It plans to invest in its third plant soon. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
TOP
TOP expects 2Q16 earnings to be good after LAB began operating plus its power plants. It will also benefit from a stock gain. It is budgeting Bt10bn for investment between 2016 and 2019. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
TVT
TVT plans to acquire a production house business. It expects a decision to be made next year. It expects 2H16 net profit to be good brought by Big Brain (51% stake) and about Bt30bn in lower costs made possible by its new studio. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
Comment: Perhaps one of the main beneficiaries from the Digital TV introduction. As a result of more channels, there was a natural increase in demand for TV shows and thus production houses such as TVT (and WORK of course) have benefited.  
VIH
VIH expects 2H16 net profit to surge due to seasonality and acquiring a clinic at Fai Chai intersection. It expects this to contribute revenue in 3Q16. It plans to open a new building in order to serve more clients. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
WICE
WICE expects 2Q16 earnings to be good aided by providing warehouses to a Chinese solar producer. It targets 2016 revenue to grow 20% to Bt850mn due to logistics recovery. It plans to focus on warehouse management service. (Thun Hoon, 22/07/16)
