PACE gets shareholder approval to increase capital by issuing new shares in exchange for land in Hokkaido to build resorts at a cost of US$110-120mn. The project is expected to start building in 2017 and record revenues until 2019. (Thun Hoon, 7/7/16)
Comment: Ah well that could explain the drop in share price recently. Not a surprise though, it does feel like management is effectively using other people’s $ to build holiday homes and condominiums where they would like to live
PYLON signed a new project worth Bt300mn. It is also negotiating with CK to get the works for the Jira-Khonkaen dual-track project and is proposing to handle works in ITD’s contract for Suvarnabhumi Phase 2. (Khao Hoon, 7/7/16)
