Comment: Not sure on the timeline for this IPO but its apparently going to happen this year.
 
ECF
ECF plans to do a warehouse business in ASEAN. It has received more orders from a Japanese customer that it expects will bring in revenue of Bt12-15mn each month. It expects 2H16 earnings to be good supported by high season and is confident that revenue will achieve its target growth of 12-15%. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/16)
FSMART
FSMART expects 2Q16 earnings to be a new high with profit of Bt96.40mn or growth of 44.70%. It expects net profit to continue to rise to new highs in future quarters as it adds more online top-up machines. It expects 2016 profit at Bt379mn, up 39.50%. (Kao Hoon, 04/08/16)
Comment: Yet again this company continues to grow and grow, naturally in the next 2 years the rate of growth will begin to decline as the absolute number of machines added have a smaller impact
 
IFS
IFS reported 2Q16 net profit of Bt34.39mn, up 21% YoY due to lower provisions and a rise in NIM to 8%. It is confident that growth in factoring in 2016 will reach 15-20% from Bt26bn last year. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/16)

IRPC
IRPC reported 2Q16 net profit of Bt3.7bn or down 12% due to decreased sales volume. Sales revenue fell 27% and 1H16 net profit was Bt6.72bn. (Kao Hoon, 04/08/16)
ITEL
ITEL plans an IPO of 200mn shares to list on mai in 3Q16. It expects to use the funds to repay debt and invest in a data center with WHA and AIT. It is confident that 2016 revenue will grow 50%. (Kao Hoon, 04/08/16)

JASIF
JASIF will pay a dividend of Bt0.22/unit for a total of Bt1.21bn, XD on Aug 17. JAS expects to get a dividend of Bt330mn, booked in 3Q16 and expects to get a total of Bt1.3bn for the full year. (Kao Hoon, 04/08/16)
SITHAI
SITHAI is negotiating a JV with a Myanmar partner and expects to set up a new factory to support higher demand. It plans to set up its fourth factory in Vietnam within 4Q16. It expects 2Q16 earnings to be good supported by high season and Ramadan. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/16)
TOP
TOP targets 2016 revenue of Bt290bn. It estimates the average oil price at US$40-50/bbl, which will put revenue growth over target. It expects LAB to add 40 cents/bbl to GRM and expects LAB customers in Thailand to increase 60%. It has budgeted Bt3-4bn to increase oil production capacity by 400,000 bbl/day. (Thun Hoon, 04/08/16)

UPA
UPA expects 4Q16 to have profit from core business. Recently, it signed a contract with Worley Parsons to do a 200MW natural gas power plant in Myanmar. It expects to sell land in Pak Chong district for Bt140-150mn. (Kao Hoon, 04/08/16)
