CKP share price surged due to expectation of a 2H16 profit of over Bt300mn or growth of 53% YoY, driven by more capacity from Nam Ngum 2. (Kao Hoon, 27/09/16)
Comment: I’m only thinking when will they sell things off to a fund of sorts, otherwise the valuation is a bit rich for my liking.
 
EGCO
EGCO is working with a partern to take over geothermal power plants in Indonesia and the Philippines. It expects to wind up the deal in November. It expects 3Q16 earnings growth as it books revenue from Khanom power plant 4. ( Thun Hoon, 27/09/16)

Comment: If thats the case then 2016 revenues will be THB 16 bn, an increase from THB 11 bn in 2015. 
 
AP
AP expects 2H16 revenue to grow supported by backlog of Bt15.78bn. It will book Bt10.56bn over the rest of the year. This will lift revenue to its target of Bt23.7bn with presales of Bt31bn. (Kao Hoon, 26/09/16)

HYDRO
HYDRO expects to turn around next year as it has gotten a new job with a margin of at least 10%. It plans to bid for 44 new projects worth Bt6bn and has already gotten five. It has backlog of Bt690mn and is confident that 2016 revenue will grow 10% from last year. (Thun Hoon, 26/09/16)
Comment: Ah this lovely story, water company, should’ve been a winner but they haven’t executed anything since going public.

BM cuts 2016 target revenue growth to 10% from 20% in response to the economic slowdown. It is talking with a party in Myanmar to set up a factory. (Kao Hoon, 08/09/16)
CHOW
CHOW expects to start commercial operations of a 5MW power plant in Japan, which will push 2016 capacity up to reach 28.5MW. It plans to invest in a solar farm in the Philippines. It expects a profit in 2016 thanks to growth in steel sales. It is confident that revenue will reach its target of Bt4bn and targets a doubling in steel sales to 140k tons. (Thun Hoon, 08/09/16)
COM7

GL
Group Lease strengthens ties with Sri Lankan financial group – SET-listed microfinance company Group Lease (GL) plans to collaborate further with Commercial Credit & Finance, a Sri Lankan financial group, to strengthen its microfinance businesses in Indonesia and Cambodia after GL acquired a microfinance company in Myanmar from a Commercial Credit shareholder. Comment: Popular at the amount amongst retail investors, seems to be a steady cash earner with its basic logistics service
 
BWG
BWG plans to operate RDF phase 2, capacity of 250 tons, by the end of this year. This will ramp up its total capacity to 600 tons per day which can serve three 10MW power plants. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/16)

AJD expects 2016 revenue to grow more than 15% from last year’s Bt1.76bn on the back of E-commerce and top-up machines. It expects 2Q16 net profit to be better than 1Q16 aided by a bigger customer base. It has signed a contract with KTB that will expand its business. ANAN
ANAN expects 2Q16 earnings to be good with sales of at least of Bt3.43bn. It expects revenue of Bt2bn. It expects 2016 revenue to reach target backed by Bt38bn transfers. It plans to launch new projects in 2H16. It is budgeting Bt8.7bn to acquire land. (Thun Hoon, 17/06/16)

KIAT got a Bt500mn chemical product logistics project which is expected to contribute Bt100mn revenue per year. It plans to take part in Bt100mn in projects.
