FOCUS is talking to a prospective partner in France to take over a waste management business and expects to invest in the power business. Comment: Popular at the amount amongst retail investors, seems to be a steady cash earner with its basic logistics service
 
BWG
BWG plans to operate RDF phase 2, capacity of 250 tons, by the end of this year. This will ramp up its total capacity to 600 tons per day which can serve three 10MW power plants. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/16)

MALEE
MALEE expects 2016 revenue growth to be higher than target at 15% aided by the baht weakening and higher sales abroad. It plans to expand to CLMV and ASEAN. It expects its associated company in the Philippines to contribute doubled revenue. (Thun Hoon, 06/06/16)
Comment: The Philippines has done far better than what most people expected. It does raise the question why couldn’t ICHI and SAPPE do the same in their international expansions.

BKD plans to ask board approval to invest in a new business on May 24. It expects 3Q16 earnings to mark a record high aided by government projects. Its backlog is Bt1.5bn, of which 70% is expected to be booked this year. It expects 2016 revenue to increase not less than 20%. (Thun Hoon, 23/05/16)

Regulator to sue BBL for payment — The broadcasting regulator will sue Bangkok Bank (BBL), the guarantor of cash-strapped Thai TV Co, after the bank failed to show up and pay 1.78 billion baht on behalf of the digital TV operator on April 18. (Bangkok Post, 25/4/16)
Comment: Then in theory JAS should be sued as well. This lawsuit could take decades to be sorted out.

DTAC
