ADVANC is budgeting Bt40bn to expand its 4G network. It targets to cover all 77 provinces with 14,000 base stations in two months. It is confident it can secure its customer base. It expects to complete the deal with TOT by 1Q16. (Thun Hoon, 27/01/16)
Comment: And all signs are still pointing up for ADVANC despite the fact that it’s stock price is still some 30% below its peak

ANAN
ANAN expects 4Q15 to grow more than 500% from 3Q15’s Bt161mn on the back of transfers for two condominiums. It expects 2016 net profit to reach Bt1.6bn driven by numerous transfers. (Thun Hoon, 27/01/16)
Comment: No surprise here…and just watch their 2016 growth

CHO
CHO received orders for five catering trucks from customer in UAE, valued at Bt40mn. Delivery is to be in mid-2016. It expects to get 15 more orders, all of which will provide 10% revenue growth this year. (Khao Hoon, 27/01/16)

DCC
DCC expects 2015 net profit of Bt1.3bn with Bt7.1bn sales. Its board has approved a dividend payment of Bt0.05/share, XD on Feb 26. (Khao Hoon, 27/01/16)

KCM
KCM is talking to a Chinese partner about importing solar cells. It expects this to generate Bt50-100mn revenue. It plans to set up a steel rolling mill in Cambodia. It expects to list its subsidiary on the Cambodian stock exchange. It expects 2015 performance to be good despite the economic slowdown. (Thun Hoon, 27/01/16)

APCO
APCO plans to expand its market at home and overseas and will launch a new product, “Refreshing Spray”. It expects 4Q15 sales to increase by 50%. It expects to recognize revenue from abroad within 2016. (Khao Hoon, 16/12/15)
Comment: Effectively a listed MLM firm. If you believe that there are enough silly consumers out there to overpay for POS products then you can go ahead and believe in APCO

CEN
CEN expects to show net profit next year from net loss this year backed by its subsidiary and whole year of revenue from its power plant. It plans to expand abroad and acquire more power plants. (Thun Hoon, 16/12/15)

CI
CI expects 2016 revenue growth of 100% backed by transfers, rental revenue, and selling Bt1.2bn assets to REITs. It expects 2015 revenue to be higher than Bt2bn. (Khao Hoon, 16/12/15)
Comment: This will mainly be from the REIT, the issue with a property company this size is that earnings will be lumpy, great for a year or 2 and rubbish for the next few years and CI is no different.

AJD reported 9M15 net profit of Bt25.64mn (+1,007%YoY) thanks to high sales of set-top boxes and electric appliances. It expects 4Q15 earnings to be good on seasonality and online topup machines. 2016 performance is expected to grow significantly. (Thun Hoon, 18/11/15)

BJCHI
BJCHI expects 4Q15 earnings to be highest. It expects to book Bt1.7bn revenue from Bt5.2mn backlog. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 15% to Bt5.3bn. It plans to take part in Bt40bn bidding and expects to be awarded Bt6.5bn. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)
Comment: And this growth despite the 50% decrease in oil prices

CHO
CHO reported a drop in 3Q15 earnings of Bt32mn but it expects to recover in 4Q15. Its backlog is Bt600mn of which 50% is expected to be booked in 4Q15. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)

CI
CI plans to take over hotels at home and overseas; it expects this to be finalized next year. It plans to launch three new projects, valued at Bt5bn, which will raise its backlog to Bt3bn. 4Q15 net profit is expected to be a record high from seasonality and transfers that were spurred by property incentives. Comment: First they cleaned their balance sheet, then a share buyback and now M&A deals, not a bad move by this family.

CSL
CSL expects to show a net profit this year after achieving Bt248mn in net profit for first nine months. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 1-3%, close to last year’s, affected by a poor performance by its yellow pages and mobile contents businesses. It expects to maintain margin and will implement cost control next year. (Khao Hoon, 18/11/15)

Comment: Just impressive numbers coming out of this niche player

GLOBAL
GLOBAL expects 2015 net profit of Bt1bn backed by Bt20bn in sales at local branches brought by government stimulus measures. It says there are a lot of orders from Laos. It plans to expand to Vietnam and Cambodia, with a decision made in 2016. (Thun Hoon, 27/10/15)

BLA’s long-term outlook is bright as the firm is changing business strategy to sell more highvalue products like collectors’ insurance, which will boost gross profit in the future. DCC
DCC expects record profit in 2015 while 3Q15 earnings are expected to grow by 16% YoY due to selling more high-yield products as well as cost control. (Khao Hoon, 08/10/15)
Comment: That is impressive, a couple of reasons for it 1) lower costs 2) high GPM’s on products 3) Is upcountry really buying that much more? 
EPG
EPG’s management feels confident about FY2H15 outlook (October 2015-March 2016) owing to seasonality and the weakening baht. The firm also maintains positive revenue guidance at Bt9bn for FY 2016. (Than Hoon, 08/10/15)
Comment: It’s quite the interesting niche company with a massive global footprint. 
FIRE
FIRE has decreased its target revenue growth in 2015 from 15% to 10%. It plans to expand abroad and expects to open an office in Cambodia next year. It expects revenue growth in 2016 at no less than 15%. (Kao Hoon, 08/10/15)

AIRA is talking to prospective partner and targets to have 12 subsidiaries in 2020 from six now to increase its profit growth. It expects to diversify to property business for regular income. AJD
AJD expects to report to the SET today of the signing of an MoU with YTO Express to set up a new company to undertake the logistic business. (Khao Hoon, 03/08/15)

ANAN
Japanese investors are interested in becoming business partners to ANAN in view of its strong fundamentals. It expects 2015 revenue will achieve target of Bt11bn aided by transfers. It plans to invest Bt17.8bn in new projects which is expected to lift its backlog to Bt34bn. (Thun Hoon, 03/08/15)

Comment: I think the journo’s don’t understand what they are writing here, ANAN isn’t going to have THB 10 bn in revenue in its 2H15, perhaps an additional THB 10bn of new backlog to be recognised in the future.

DCC
DCC plans to open new outlets in Cambodia and Laos. It expects exports to double this year benefitting from numerous orders from Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Malaysia. It targets sales of Bt7bn with profit in the double digits. (Thun Hoon, 15/07/15)
