Comment: We think that the news is slightly incorrect for AUCT, more that AUCT would love to be the firm holding the auction on behalf of the government

Comment: A rather interesting little company, but has the decrease in agricultural prices killed its target market?

AAV has no impact from China stock market woes. It is ready to open four new routes from U-Tapao and Don Muang to various cities China in 4Q15. It is confident that 2H15 will be robust supported by a 14.5mn passengers. (Kao Hoon, 13/7/15)
Comment: The stock market in China naturally doesn’t have any impact on AAV’s earnings.
AEONTS expects loan growth of 8-10% in 2015 even though 1H15 was slow. In the 2H15 the outlook is better as the economy improves. (Kao Hoon, 13/7/15)
Comment: AEONTS was typically one of the stalwarts that consistently grew year in year out, that is until this year of course. Could they turnaround this year? Doubt it. But still a nicely conservatively run business here.
AQ has backlog of Bt2bn. It expects to launch 4-5 low-rise projects. It expects presales to hit its target of Bt2.5bn supported by presales of Bt2bn in 1H15. (Kao Hoon, 13/7/15)
Comment: Nice turnaround story, but its fully priced in.

Notable Transactions

Buy(s) THB 77mn

  • N/A

Sell(s) THB 422 mn

  • BLAND – With the REIT finally listed plus the fact that they don’t have any other sizeable assets to sell, there isn’t any new catalyst for BLAND to move.
  • BROOK – Brook, one of the oddest companies on the market that no one really trusts.
  • EE- The President sells off a sizable near the peak of the 52 week range – wouldn’t you if your firm was @ 200x PE?

Management Trades – 24.12.12 to 28.12.12

Notable transactions:

  • ERW – Major shareholders and directors bought an additional sizable stake in this, we’ve liked ERW for years, doing their own property fund is a similar story to TICON and CPN
  • SAUCE – Big buy from one of the directors/family members, the company has been growing nicely for the past few years.

  • AP – Director decides to offload some shares
  • EE – The recent change in ownership may be behind this
  • SPCG –  THB 81 mn sold off by a director, I would too when I see a company with 800 mn 9M12 revenue trading @ a THB 10 bn mkt cap.
