APCO expects 2Q16 to continue to grow. It expects 2016 revenue growth of 10% and with net profit growing 25%. It will focus on the domestic market. It plans to launch a new product in 4Q16. (Khao Hoon, 10/06/16)
AQ
AQ will focus on low-rise projects. It plans to open two new condos worth Bt1bn. It opened hotel in Chiang Mai to bring rental revenue to Bt200mn per year. (Thun Hoon, 10/06/16)

CHEWA
CHEWA bought a condominium from AQ for Bt586mn. It expects this to contribute revenue rapidly. It expects 2016 revenue of Bt1.7-1.8bn. It plans to open two new projects wtih total value of Bt2bn. (Khao Hoon, 10/06/16)

DRT
DRT accepts that 2Q16 earnings will decrease from 1Q16 due to low season and demand. However, it maintains its 2016 target of revenue growth of 5%, supported by growing exports to CLMV+1. It expects to increase the export portion to 18%. It has budgeted Bt100mn to renovate machines. (Khao Hoon, 10/06/16)

FER
FER plans to invest in an 8MW waste power plant and 2MW biomass power plant. It expects IRR to be not less than 15%. (Thun Hoon, 09/05/16)

HPT
HPT expects 2016 revenue to grow 15-25% due to expansion at home and abroad. Its backlog is Bt30mn. It is budgeting Bt60mn to expand capacity, improve production and for marketing. (Khao Hoon, 09/05/16)
IRPC
IRPC reported 1Q16 net profit of Bt3.01bn, down 21%YoY due to stock loss and loss from hedging. This cut its accounting GIM to US$11. (Khao Hoon, 09/05/16)
Comment: They were the darling when oil prices decreased, and now with oil prices recovering, well it’s the exact opposite story.

APCO sets 2016 sales target at Bt450 or growth of at least 10% and maintain gross margin at no less than 85%. It will focus on the domestic market. Comment: We said back in 2014 that this company was trading at ridiculous valuations and even though the price is off by some 40%, I still think it’s incredibly expensive.

AS
AS sets 2016 revenue target growth at 30%, supported by launch of 24 new games and adding games on mobile to reach 30% of all revenue. It expects 2016 earnings will turn around. (Thun Hoon, 25/03/16)
Comment: I do wonder if they can actually do it…we’ve been waiting for a number of years and perhaps its finally time.

BJC
BJC is leading the pack. After it acquires BIGC it will be the biggest retailer in ASEAN. It targets 2016 revenue growth at 10% supported by sales from abroad. It has budgeted Bt4.5bn to expand capacity both inside and outside Thailand. It is confident that its tender offer will proceed as planned. (Thun Hoon, 25/03/16)
Comment: They own retail in Thailand, they have metro in Vietnam, so I fully expect to see expansions into Laos and Cambodia.

Comment: Thats a fairly decent valuation given that IFEC just spent a (granted at the stupidest highest price any one has ever seen) 155 mn on 1 MW

CPF
CPF plans to focus on box lunches via CP Food World. It plans to open new branches, targets to become a food service provider. It plans to open five food courts and six catering facilities this year. (Khao Hoon, 12/01/16)

CWT
CWT got Bt300mn job and expects to sign the contract soon. This job increases its backlog to Bt1.5bn which covers revenue until 4Q16. It expects revenue growth of 25% this year aided by numerous orders and the baht weakening. (Thun Hoon, 12/01/16)

DCON
DCON is budgeting Bt300-400mn to buy land. It plans to increase sales at DCON prime project. It targets 2016 revenue of Bt1.2bn by expanding its customer base. It expects its orders to increase backed by public projects. (Thun Hoon, 12/01/16)
Comment: The stock price has returned to where it should be, perhaps when the next condominium project is launched shall we see another xmas tree shape in the stock price

Comment: The issue is still industry wide – unless there is a massive amount of project approvals then every contractor will suffer as they are fighting over the small pieces, great time to be developing a project, you can squeeze contractors w/o an issue
CPN
CPN expects 2H15 revenue to be higher than 1H15’s on the back of new projects. It targets revenue to grow 8-10% this year and 15% next year. It is considering investing in residential property worth Bt800mn-Bt1bn. (Khao Hoon, 02/09/15)

Comment: Demco’s earnings are solid for the next few years without any issue, but the key upside is the if/when WEH can be listed.

ESSO
Investors from European oil company dealing to buy ESSO stock from a fund, taking 7.34% or 283.75mn shares for Bt12/share. The deal is expected to be concluded soon. The company believes business will trend up this year. (Thun Hoon, 20/05/15)
Comment: Well the replacement value of ESSO is approximately 12-14 baht/share, but I still have my doubts that ESSO will sell this company just yet, it’s been in the rumour mill for the past 6 years
