BM cuts 2016 target revenue growth to 10% from 20% in response to the economic slowdown. It is talking with a party in Myanmar to set up a factory. (Kao Hoon, 08/09/16)
CHOW
CHOW expects to start commercial operations of a 5MW power plant in Japan, which will push 2016 capacity up to reach 28.5MW. It plans to invest in a solar farm in the Philippines. It expects a profit in 2016 thanks to growth in steel sales. It is confident that revenue will reach its target of Bt4bn and targets a doubling in steel sales to 140k tons. (Thun Hoon, 08/09/16)

GL
Group Lease strengthens ties with Sri Lankan financial group – SET-listed microfinance company Group Lease (GL) plans to collaborate further with Commercial Credit & Finance, a Sri Lankan financial group, to strengthen its microfinance businesses in Indonesia and Cambodia after GL acquired a microfinance company in Myanmar from a Commercial Credit shareholder. GL
GL partners with True Money. GL is forecasting a major boost to its already flourishing business in Cambodia through a new partnership with True Money, a mobile-payment subsidiary of True Corp in Thailand, that will significantly increase the sales of GL’s financial services via True Money’s extensive network of about 5,000 agents spread out nationwide in Cambodia. Comment: That’s a clever move by both parties. GL still has its monopoly in Cambodia for motorcycle leasing for another 3-4 years and barring a crash in that economy they’ll continue to dominate, the question is only how much are you willing to pay for this

FSMART expects 3Q16 revenue to grow 40% backed by expansion in Boon Term Top Up machines. It is talking to BBL, BAY, SCB, and KBANK in order to provide transfer service, expects to sign a contract with one bank at the end of this year. (Khao Hoon, 16/08/16)
Comment: I do now wonder what is the next step for FSMART with their top up machines, how many additional services can they add to this channel?

Comment: We doubt that they’ll be as successful in Indonesia as they were in Cambodia, but this is still great nonetheless
 
GUNKUL
GUNKUL expects 2016 revenue to grow 30% from 2015’s Bt4.87bn. It does not worry about 2Q16 performance as it expects LED business to contribute revenue. It expects revenue to reach Bt300-400mn this year. It expects to take part in many alternative energy projects. (Thun Hoon, 13/07/16)
ILINK
ILINK expects to take part in four project bids, valued at Bt7bn. It expects the bid winners to be announced this year. It expects a Bt2.5bn MEA project to put up for bid on July 21. It expects to get all four projects. (Khao Hoon, 13/07/16)

NDR expects 2Q16 earnings will be good supported by the good response to its new product “air lock”. It targets 2016 sales growth of 25% from 2015. It plans to expand its business in Thailand and abroad. The BOI approved its solar roof project. It expects to start operating in 2H16. This will reduce electricity cost by 10%. (Thun Hoon, 16/5/16)

Comment: Now that the deal with TCC Group is only 1.5 months away from being sealed n delivered, the thinking goes to, how will they be able to monetise the assets of BIGC? How quickly will they launched a potential rumoured REIT? He’s done ok with stripping assets out of F&N to pay off the debt load, wouldn’t be surprised to see the same strategy unfold here.
CSL
CSL’s board has approved as DPS of Bt0.2/share. It will ask shareholder approval on March 28. It reported 2015 net profit of Bt315mn (Bt0.53/share) backed by core business recovery and got the data center projects. (Thun Hoon, 11/02/16)

Comment: Well that would explain the valuation today, but still its tough….just doing some back of the envelope numbers and it already expecting some THB 20 bn in total loans BUT that’s assuming…a spread of 23%…no NPL’s…

Comment: Again the issue with AKR is that there are just better companies doing the same business in the market. 
CCP
CCP got concrete orders on motorway project (Pattaya-Mabtaphut), valued at Bt500mn. This will increase its 2016 backlog. It expects 2016 revenue of to Bt2.6bn. It expects to benefit from public projects and property projects. (Khao Hoon, 10/02/16)
Comment: A Definitely beneficiary from all this infrastructure spending, but it seems rather priced in already
DCON
DCON expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt1.15bn aided by a larger customer base. Its management is okay with a capital increase as it will support fundamentals and decrease its D/E ratio to 0.2X. It is budgeting Bt400mn to buy land. It plans to pay a dividend at a payout ratio of not less than 25%. (Thun Hoon, 10/02/16)
