BIG
BIG is budgeting Bt10mn to hold the 10th Big Camera Big Pro days. It expects this to push its 3Q16 revenue up above Bt5bn and expects net profit to mark a record high. (Thun Hoon, 30/08/16)
EPG
EPG expects 2QFY16 to be good brought by numerous orders. It expects FY2016 revenue to reach Bt11bn. It expects to complete 1-2 M&A transactions by the end of this year. It plans to hold a roadshow abroad to attract foreign investors. (Khao Hoon, 30/08/16)

GL
GL partners with True Money. GL is forecasting a major boost to its already flourishing business in Cambodia through a new partnership with True Money, a mobile-payment subsidiary of True Corp in Thailand, that will significantly increase the sales of GL’s financial services via True Money’s extensive network of about 5,000 agents spread out nationwide in Cambodia. Comment: That’s a clever move by both parties. GL still has its monopoly in Cambodia for motorcycle leasing for another 3-4 years and barring a crash in that economy they’ll continue to dominate, the question is only how much are you willing to pay for this

Comment: Effectively every sugar company has the same story, I do wonder if we will see a consolidation phase 
 
CSS
CSS expects 2H16 earnings to be good backed by the telecom business. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt5bn or 10% growth as targeted. It will pay a dividend of Bt0.06/share, XD on Aug 23. (Khao Hoon, 16/08/16)
FSMART
FSMART expects 3Q16 revenue to grow 40% backed by expansion in Boon Term Top Up machines. It is talking to BBL, BAY, SCB, and KBANK in order to provide transfer service, expects to sign a contract with one bank at the end of this year. (Khao Hoon, 16/08/16)
Comment: I do now wonder what is the next step for FSMART with their top up machines, how many additional services can they add to this channel?

CPF
CPF expects 2Q16 net profit of Bt4.11bn or growth of 38%, supported by domestic business growth and booking Bt1.5bn in profit from the sale of CPALL shares. It expects to report earnings on Aug 11. (Khao Hoon, 12/07/16)

HPT
HPT expects 2016 revenue to grow 15-25% due to expansion at home and abroad. Its backlog is Bt30mn. It is budgeting Bt60mn to expand capacity, improve production and for marketing. (Khao Hoon, 09/05/16)
IRPC
IRPC reported 1Q16 net profit of Bt3.01bn, down 21%YoY due to stock loss and loss from hedging. This cut its accounting GIM to US$11. (Khao Hoon, 09/05/16)
Comment: They were the darling when oil prices decreased, and now with oil prices recovering, well it’s the exact opposite story.

APCO sets 2016 sales target at Bt450 or growth of at least 10% and maintain gross margin at no less than 85%. It will focus on the domestic market. Comment: We said back in 2014 that this company was trading at ridiculous valuations and even though the price is off by some 40%, I still think it’s incredibly expensive.

AS
AS sets 2016 revenue target growth at 30%, supported by launch of 24 new games and adding games on mobile to reach 30% of all revenue. It expects 2016 earnings will turn around. (Thun Hoon, 25/03/16)
Comment: I do wonder if they can actually do it…we’ve been waiting for a number of years and perhaps its finally time.

BJC
BJC is leading the pack. After it acquires BIGC it will be the biggest retailer in ASEAN. It targets 2016 revenue growth at 10% supported by sales from abroad. It has budgeted Bt4.5bn to expand capacity both inside and outside Thailand. It is confident that its tender offer will proceed as planned. (Thun Hoon, 25/03/16)
Comment: They own retail in Thailand, they have metro in Vietnam, so I fully expect to see expansions into Laos and Cambodia.

Comment: So they’ll try and compete with FSMART, quite curious to see if AJD can really pull this off, we have major doubts.
AMATA
AMATA expects good news from successful in sell land to Chinese customer. It will book revenue in 3Q15 and realize gain in 4Q15. This will support revenue to hit target even though it sold only 408 rai in 1H15. (Thun Hoon, 15/9/15)

ANAN
ANAN increased revenue target to Bt26.5bn from Bt25.5bn after booking revenue of Bt17bn in the first eight months of 2015. It is confident that revenue will reach the target supported by its backlog Bt34.3bn. It will book revenue in 2H15 of Bt5.7bn. (Kao Hoon, 15/9/15)

HPT
HPT expects 2015 revenue to be unchanged from 2014, missing its target growth of 10% because it had to shut for furnace maintenance. The new furnace will ready to operate in 4Q15, supporting revenue growth of 20%. It plans to find a new customer at Australia Fair on September 18, 2015. (Kao Hoon, 15/9/15)
