AP expects to open 12 new projects in 2H16 in total worth Bt25.58bn. This will support 2016 presales to hit its target of Bt31bn. Presales are at Bt14.07bn with backlog of Bt17.06bn, of which it will book Bt8.7bn this year. It is confident that revenue will reach target of Bt23.7bn. (Kao Hoon, 31/08/16)

BEM

BEM expects 4Q16 to be good, supported by more than Bt3.6bn in revenue from Sriratch expressway and Purple Line, with 2016 revenue of Bt13.1bn. It expects profit growth of no less than 9%. J expects 2H16 continue to grow supported by booking more revenue. It targets 2016 revenue growth of 30%. It has budgeted Bt1bn to develop projects at Srinakarin worth more than Bt600mn and land acquisition which expects to open at the end of the year. It plans to set up an REIT worth Bt500mn next year. CRANE
CRANE got the job of managing Trang port and providing service for cranes. It expects to book revenue of Bt30-50mn this year. It expects a lower net loss this year because of higher demand from public investment. (Khao Hoon, 22/08/16)
CSS
CSS expects 3Q16 to be good as it expects to get jobs in Suvarnabhumi Phase 2 and from BTS. This will add to its backlog of Bt1.3bn; it also expects revenue from its subsidiaries. FPI
FPI is confident that 2H16 earnings will grow strongly and add to profit, supported by a weak baht, low oil price and low plastics prices. It plans to increase painting capacity by 35% in September to support OEM orders. It expects revenue growth of at least 10%. The board approved an interim dividend of Bt0.06/share, XD on Sep 9. GLAND
GLAND plans to invest in office building for rent (The Super Tower), valued at Bt18bn in 2017. It believes this will bolster revenue. It expects to book revenue from leasable area at G Tower in 3Q16 after occupancy rate reached 70%. (Khao Hoon, 22/08/16)

CKP

Comment: It does seem to be a recovery year for every food related company, chicken, pork, tuna you name it.
BTS
BTS is budgeting Bt100bn to take part in MRT bids (Yellow and Pink lines). It has budgeted Bt750mn to purchase shares from Line Biz Plus via its subsidiary (RabbitPay). It expects this to be completed by Apr 25. It expects this to support electronic and online payment. (Thun Hoon, 01/04/16)
Comment: Their expansion with Line has me incredibly excited. If they play their cards right they could become the first major online payment platform in Thailand
EFORL
EFORL targets 2016 revenue of Bt5bn with net profit margin of 10%. It expects this to be mainly driven by being a distributor of medical instruments and apparatus and health and beauty business. It is budgeting Bt100mn to open 20 more Wutthisak clinics in Thailand. It plans to expand to CLMV. (Khao Hoon, 01/04/16)

It expects this to confirm its good outlook in the minds of investors and to give them the message that current share price is undervalued. It targets 2016 revenue growth of 15%. COLOR
