Comment: I’ve always liked management here but their industry has been turned upside down by the advent of smartphone technology and they’ve been incredibly slow to keep up with the changes, one wonders if it is too late…

ASEFA
ASEFA targets 2016 revenue growth of 15%, supported by backlog of Bt1.7bn. It is bidding for new jobs in total worth Bt2-3bn. It will maintain its gross margin at 22.35%. (Kao Hoon, 11/03/16)

BGT
BGT expects outstanding earnings in 1Q16 supported by sales from Myanmar. It plans to add 1-2 branches in Myanmar. It expects revenue of Bt11mn from abroad. It expects 2016 to grow 10% supported by new products. (Thun Hoon, 11/03/16)

CHO
CHO received orders for five catering trucks from customer in UAE, valued at Bt40mn. Delivery is to be in mid-2016. It expects to get 15 more orders, all of which will provide 10% revenue growth this year. (Khao Hoon, 27/01/16)

DCC
DCC expects 2015 net profit of Bt1.3bn with Bt7.1bn sales. Its board has approved a dividend payment of Bt0.05/share, XD on Feb 26. (Khao Hoon, 27/01/16)

KCM
KCM is talking to a Chinese partner about importing solar cells. It expects this to generate Bt50-100mn revenue. It plans to set up a steel rolling mill in Cambodia. Comment: Given that management continually says the Chinese tourists are one of their biggest customers, it’s no surprise that 4Q should be peak.
CHG
CHG has budgeted Bt200mn to take over a hospital on the outskirts of Bangkok which is expected to be finalized this year. It plans to expand upcountry, with full coverage to handle AEC by 2016. It expects to complete 1-2 deals in 2016. (Thun Hoon, 03/11/15)

DTAC
DTAC expects 4Q15 earnings to be this year’s highest on seasonality. It has kicked off 4G – 1800MHz (using 10MHz) and 4G-2100MHz (using 5MHz), starting in inner CBD. It expects this to increase 4G subscribers to 2.5mn by the end of this year. (Khao Hoon, 03/11/15)

Comment: And when you talk to construction co’s or project consultants, they all raise their eyebrows b/c AOT can’t talk about project value until they’ve consultant with these folks.
BCP
BCP reported 2Q15 net profit and EBITDA of Bt4.05bn and Bt10.4bn respectively aided by high utilization rate at 115KBD. It expects stock loss in 3Q15 but this loss will not impact cash. It plans to acquire a 30-41MW power plant abroad. It plans to add 350-400 new gas stations by 2020. (ASTV, 31/08/15)
BKD
BKD has gotten a Bt200mn interior decoration job for a hotel overseas. It expects to get more jobs from Laos after it has got a Bt70mn from Chip Mong Land Co., Ltd. It targets exports to grow 10%. 2H15 net profit is expected to be good aided by seasonality. It plans to bid for Bt1bn in jobs, of which it expects to get 50%. (Thun Hoon, 31/08/15)

CCP
CCP is confident 2H15 net profit will be higher than 1H15. Its backlog is Bt2.3bn, of which it expects to book 60-70% this year. It is talking with a prospective partner to export to Myanmar and Laos, expecting this to be finalized in 4Q15. (Khao Hoon, 24/08/15)

CI
CI expects to revise up 2015 revenue growth to 20% from 2014’s Bt1.69bn aided by transfers. It plans to launch three projects with a total value of Bt3bn, which it expects will raise backlog from Bt5bn. It plans to set up a Bt1.5bn REIT in 2016. (Thun Hoon, 24/08/15)

Digital TV to decide GRAMMY’s result – The company expects its 2015 performance to be based on its digital TV business. It sets the investment in content about Bt1bn for digital TV channel. (Kao Hoon, 6/2/15)
Comment: Similar to RS and WORK, grammy is betting the bank on digital TV working, but they have had capital issues hence the new partner in it’s digital operations
