CI expects 4Q16 to be outstanding due to booking revenue from the sale of assets and high season. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target of Bt3bn, supported by booking revenue from more projects and launching a new project worth Bt2.91bn. This will increase its backlog from more than Bt2bn. LPH has switched to long-term lease of Decha Hospital from an outright purchase. The lease will extend 20 years and a decision is expected this month. It expects 3Q16 revenue growth of 10%, giving 2016 revenue growth of 10-15%. It plans to buy two hospitals. (Kao Hoon , 16/09/16)
NYT
NYT is negotiating with a foreign partner to do a port in Indonesia to support auto production and plans to add a warehouse on 80 rai to generate income. FOCUS is talking to a prospective partner in France to take over a waste management business and expects to invest in the power business. A Japanese fund is interested in investing in KCE and expects to make a decision soon. It will spend Bt200mn to renovate its factory at Ayutthaya, with operations starting back up in 4Q16. It targets 2016 revenue growth of 10% from 2015, supported by more orders. (Thun Hoon, 25/08/16)
KSL
KSL targets 2016 revenue growth of 20% thanks to an increase in sugar price (2016-2017) of 30% to US$0.21/pound from US$0.15/pound last year. It plans to expand its sugar mill and is bidding for a PPA biomass power plant. (Thun Hoon, 25/08/16)

Comment: If that is the case re the new project then it’ll just increase their recurring income to a higher level
 
KTIS
KTIS eyes packaging growth – The company’s target is to increase revenue from the bagasse packaging segment to 8% of total revenue from its pulp and sugar waste business to 1.3 billion baht within the next few years, up from the current 4%, he said. (Bangkok Post, 21/07/16)

Comment: perhaps one of the few companies to have made a proper concerted effort to shift from construction to alternatives
CK
CK expects to sign the Bt19.4bn contract to construct Sayaburi in 2Q16, lifting its backlog to Bt97bn. If BEM gets the Blue Line job, it expects to get a contract to build the rail network valued at Bt25bn. (Kao Hoon, 3/6/16)
DCORP
DCORP bought 40% in a solar power plant in the Philippines from two companies. The plant has capacity of 320MW. It expects to spend no more than US$15.36mn. It expects to finish the deal in July. It expects sustainable revenue and profit growth. (Thun Hoon, 3/6/16)
