CI expects 4Q16 to be outstanding due to booking revenue from the sale of assets and high season. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target of Bt3bn, supported by booking revenue from more projects and launching a new project worth Bt2.91bn. This will increase its backlog from more than Bt2bn. LPH has switched to long-term lease of Decha Hospital from an outright purchase. The lease will extend 20 years and a decision is expected this month. It expects 3Q16 revenue growth of 10%, giving 2016 revenue growth of 10-15%. It plans to buy two hospitals. (Kao Hoon , 16/09/16)
NYT
NYT is negotiating with a foreign partner to do a port in Indonesia to support auto production and plans to add a warehouse on 80 rai to generate income. FOCUS is talking to a prospective partner in France to take over a waste management business and expects to invest in the power business. DEMCO says its 60MW wind power at Khao Kor commenced operations. It expects this to contribute Bt40mn income in 2017. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 10-15%. Its backlog is Bt7bn, of which it expects to book Bt6bn this year. It plans to take part in Bt10bn in bids. (Thun Hoon, 10/08/16)
Comment: The issue surrounding Demco is still because of the loss of production payments 
 
EGCO
EGCO reported 2Q16 net profit of Bt2.04bn (+46%). This brought 1H16 net profit to Bt4.63bn (+58%). ( Khao Hoon, 10/08/16)
GFPT
GFPT reported 2Q16 net profit of BT380.79mn (+90%) backed by lower feed costs and growth in GFN and McKey. It expects 2H16 earnings to be good on seasonality. It expects exports to reach 6,500ton/quarter. It expects 2016 gross profit to grow 14%. (Thun Hoon, 10/08/16)
Comment: Every chicken/pork company has had a wonderful 2Q and it looks like chicken prices are continuing to increase into the 2H16
 
GOLD
GOLD reported 2Q16 net profit of Bt359.38mn, which brought 1H16 net profit to Bt560.77mn driven by large transfers from property stimulus measures. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target of Bt10bn. (Khao Hoon, 10/08/16)

JMT expects to show net profit in 2Q16 from 1Q16 net loss of Bt15mn after extending the booking period to 10 years for acquiring debt. It plans to acquire Bt20bn bad debt from financial institutions.
