BAY expects 2016 auto leases to reach Bt133bn. It has raised its loan target to Bt279bn after expanding its services to the eastern part of the country. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
Comment: The moment that BAY increases the free float i wouldn’t be surprised to see the stock price increase based purely upon fund flow
 
BSM
BSM expects 2H16 earnings growth to be outstanding after 1H16 profit of Bt0.97mn. It expects to focus on high margin products and launch new products. It is confident that 2016 revenue will hit its target of Bt700mn, growth of 20%. It plans to sign a contract for work in Papua New Guinea worth Bt100mn in 4Q16. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
CI
CI expects 4Q16 to be outstanding due to booking revenue from the sale of assets and high season. It expects 2016 revenue to reach its target of Bt3bn, supported by booking revenue from more projects and launching a new project worth Bt2.91bn. This will increase its backlog from more than Bt2bn. Comment: If you compare CI today versus where it was 5 years ago you’d be impressed by their ability to become a property company with relatively consistent earnigns
 
FORTH
FORTH expects to bid for a government project worth Bt1bn and expects to get the job. It maintains its 2016 revenue target at Bt5.8bn, supported by more orders and its subsidiary. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)
LPH
LPH has switched to long-term lease of Decha Hospital from an outright purchase. The lease will extend 20 years and a decision is expected this month. It expects 3Q16 revenue growth of 10%, giving 2016 revenue growth of 10-15%. It plans to buy two hospitals. (Kao Hoon , 16/09/16)
NYT
NYT is negotiating with a foreign partner to do a port in Indonesia to support auto production and plans to add a warehouse on 80 rai to generate income. It plans to increase investment in the C0 port to 29% from 20%. It expects 2016 profit to record a new high, supported by increasing auto exports. (Thun Hoon, 16/09/16)

Cabinet has approved using the Joint Venture 2013 ACT, which allows MRTA to look for a operator for the extension Blue Line by direct negotiations. BMCL is expected to be a candidate. The Ministry of Transport expects no delay because Somkid Jatusripitak is chairman of PPP. (Khao Hoon, 07/10/15)
Comment: Direct negotiations with one of the two mass transit operators, sounds like a laugh. 
CFRESH
CFRESH expects 3Q15 net profit of Bt113mn (+200%YoY) thanks to the weaker baht. It expects 4Q15 earnings to be the best of this year. (Khao Hoon, 07/10/15)
GFPT
GFPT revised down 2015 revenue growth from 7% to 5% because of excess supply. It expects 2H15 performance to be better than 1H15 aided by seasonality for exports especially to Japan and the EU. (Khao Hoon, 07/10/15)
Comment: Now we do wonder aloud how the TPP will impact Thailand and its industries that export to the same nations such as Vietnam, Malaysia etc etc

BJC is talking to many prospective partners (in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia) to take over local and international companies, which is expected to be finalized soon. It has budgeted Bt2.25bn for investment. It expects 2015 revenue to grow 10% as targeted. (Thun Hoon, 29/09/15)
CHOW
CHOW is talking to prospective partner to invest in solar power plant. It targets capacity of 200MW by 2016. It expects 3Q15 earnings to be peak, aided by large orders in steel and selling electricity. It expects 2015 earnings to be good. It plans to list subsidiaries next year. (Thun Hoon, 29/09/15)
Comment: I’m still incredibly impressed by their shift to solar and their openness to expand internationally
EARTH
EARTH is considering investing solar energy business in Italy which it expects to be concluded soon. It targets five coal mines in five countries within five years. (Thun Hoon, 29/09/15)
Comment: And yet what is management doing with their shares? I don’t quite feel very comfortable with their practises.
FORTH
FORTH expects some 3Q15 earnings growth on the back of new projects. It plans to bid for a Bt500mn job at the end of this year. It expects 2015 revenue to achieve target of Bt5bn. It plans to increase revenue by managing 4G network systems. (Thun Hoon, 29/09/15)

EPCO
EPCO targets 500MW power capacity within 2-3 years, 100MW this year. Management says the deal with a Japanese and European company is expected to be finalized soon. It plans to invest in a biomass power plant in South with a partner, expected to conclude this week. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/15)

IFEC
IFEC has been selected to undertake a solar farm with Royal Thai Navy with a PPA for 60-100MW. It plans to take over other power plants in July. It plans to invest in a wind power plant in Korea. (Thun Hoon, 14/07/15)
