Foreign ownership is approaching levels (31-32%) last seen in 2005. Lower than the 33% hit during the depths of the 2008 crisis.
Good thing the wealthier cashed up Thais can step in and plug the hole left by the foreign investors, otherwise we may be staring at sub 1000 for the index.

as of mid-December, foreigners held 31% (highest was 45% way back when) -source is Ong from Trinity

That’s a good sign. Although what most brokers fail to point out is that the absolute value of this % is far higher than back then.
