Lots of buying in the past week!

Notable transactions:

Buy:

• BLAND – K. Anant is having a good time yet again with his stock price, watch him keep buying and then sell about 0.70 again.
• ERW – A company I think is stupid cheaply on an NAV basis (Bt. 5.5/share is our estimate) but until the market believes that they can continuously sell a property to a fund annually it won’t reach there. Good to see the owners having faith in the stock 🙂
• KBANK – Director/Family buys a massive stake…THB 146mn
• RS – I met top management here last year, thought it was an interestingly little company but not attractive enough to get into, stock usually gets quite active toward football tournament time (World Cup, Euro’s), they did just get the rights for the Spanish Liga and the company still has plans to purchase another 26 mn shares in the mkt.
• SGP – Oye! He bought these shares pre-1Q12 results were announced! Isn’t there supposed to a silent period put in place by directors/management?! And we did hear in the market that 1Q12 would almost equal FY12 earnings (fyi actual 1Q12 Bt. 0.81 / share FY11 1.08)

Sell:

• BGH – Director sold off a stake, interesting that its just before BGH announced it bought more shares in BH (takeover in progress?)
