Hi Pon,
What is your take on the Petrochemical segment at the moment? From the looks of your last chart is has seriously under performed the market.
Thanks
Xavi.
Pon
If there’s no capacity increase in the names theres usually no growth, plus the periods of 2006-2010 saw petrochemical spreads go to all time highs.
I stay away unless I see obvious capacity increase.
Xavi
kinda reminds of the oil industry, fat margins encouraged over investment and excess supply. Only thing is there is usually a time lag of 2-3 years before excess supply squeezes margins.
Mike
What’s your take on SCC @ 476?
Pon
27x earnings…well i’ve said its expensive before and been proven wrong, I don’t know to be honest.
