Market Update 14/11 – 18/11
So earnings season is done, Trump is in. What’s left to spook or support the markets? We have the Fed coming up and European elections, potential rebalancing by the Funds in their holdings, but in reality I think the market will be relatively quiet until the end of year. Now currencies on the other hand that could be quite noisy.

would be interesting to hear your thoughts on what SET stocks would be effected by instability in the EU. The major exposure (dare I say the end) is French Presidential election – if a winner, LePen platform calls for a referendum on Frexit. The Italian Referendum loss would start another EU crisis. A lot of chickens coming home to roost.

I don’t quite care and I don’t think the market does either.

Significant anti-establishment changes coming across the globe, so expect significant volatility in the markets and especially in currencies.
The hunt for bargains will be getting very interesting now!
