Record dividends for third straight year
Floods what floods? Just more evidence how Thailand continues to be resilient despite the internal and external issues.
Companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) paid combined dividends of 326 billion baht last year, propelled by healthy cash flow.
The amount was an increase of 7% over 2010 a record high for the third consecutive year.
Average annual payment growth since 2008 was 16.7%.
