AMATA targets 2017 land sales of 1,000 rai which will support 2017 revenue growth of 3040%. It has more than Bt2bn in land that has been sold and is awaiting transfer. Comment: The EEC news has sparked a light under AMATA’s share price. Now I believe in the land sales target only because their sales have been incredibly disappointing for the past few years so I can see there being natural pent up demand.
