Comment: A sad story for what was once the leading player in the gaming industry in Thailand and the region. Just goes to highlight how changes technology can have a sudden impact on a business.
DCORP

HTECH board approved a capital increase of not more than 39.2mn shares as a private placement to no more than 50 persons. It expects to get cash of Bt190mn. It plans to increase capacity, with completion in 2017, raising its sales by 20-25%. It plans to move to the SET. (Kao Hoon, 12/10/16)
ITEL
ITEL plans to bid for network installation worth Bt600mn and expects to get Bt200mn. It expects 2016 revenue to reach target of Bt650mn, growth of 40-50%. It plans to expand abroad and is negotiating with parties in Malaysia and Myanmar. (Thun Hoon, 12/10/16)

KCM expects job completion to reach 50% and is bidding for a new project worth Bt600mn; the result will be released soon. It expects 4Q16 earnings to grow and expects 2016 revenue to be the same as 2015’s Bt567mn. It expects higher profit supported by better cost control. It plans to add 30 branches.
