CCET
CCET expects a stable growth in 2Q15 earnings aided by robust sales in April and May. 2015 revenue is expected to mark a record high compared to last year’s Bt150bn. It plans to expand abroad. (Thun Hoon, 18/06/15)
Comment: A well performing company in a rubbish industry, in the end this industry is dominated by scale, something which CCET has.

CPN
CPN expects 18% net profit growth this year backed by investment plan. IKEA is interested in renting an area next to Central Westgate Bang Yai. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

EPCO
EPCO’s 2Q15 profit is expected to grow, backed by booking revenue from 12MW solar farm in Japan. It is negotiating to buy a foreign company which it expects to be concluded in 3Q15. It targets 100MW capacity this year. It confirms 15% revenue growth and 25% net profit growth this year. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

GRAND
GRAND has revised down 2015 revenue target to Bt1.5-2bn from its hotel and property business. Its backlog is Bt1bn. It targets 2015 sales of Bt2-3bn. It has opened Hyde Sukhumvit 11, worth Bt4bn, with presales on June 26-28. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

GUNKUL
GUNKUL will hold a roadshow in Hong Kong. It expects to have 500MW capacity of electricity by 2017. It is confident 2015 revenue will reach Bt5.2bn (+50% growth). (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

KIAT
KIAT expects to sign a JV for a 9.9MW biomass power plant soon. It targets 50% of revenue to be derived from the energy business. It is considering an M&A, which it expects to be finalized soon. (Thun Hoon, 18/06/15)
Comment: KIAT has a lovely business model with PTT that provides them a constant CF stream, the expansion to biomass is quite the divergence but no surprise given how almost every Thai company seems to have access to alternative energy projects

KSL
KSL plans to spin off its ethanol business. It is studying and discussing the process with the SEC. If the SEC approves, it plans to set up the fund next year. It is looking for partners in Cambodia and Laos. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)
Comment: Now that would be interesting, a way for them to raise additional capital to do more projects. Should it successfully go ahead, then every other sugar co will do the same. 

SEAFCO
SEAFCO expects strong growth for 2-3 years, benefitting from government projects. It expects to get a foundation pile project for the Green Line. It is waiting to sign a contract for a job in Myanmar worth Bt200mn. It is confident that 2015 will revenue grow 15%, aided by many bids in 2H15. (Thun Hoon, 18/06/15)

SGP
SGP plans to expand its market both home and abroad. Management says it expects to show a net profit this year. Foreign investors are interested in becoming partners to invest in alternative energy. (Thun Hoon, 18/06/15)

TASCO
TASCO expects a surge in 2Q15 profit. It is cooperating with a Korean company to increase asphalt capacity for market expansion. It plans to invest Bt1.5bn to buy 1 ship and 50 trucks. It expects 2015 revenue growth of 15-20%. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)
Comment: A wonderful holding, the company is in a perfect situation with demand increasing rapidly for its product and supply remaining tight.

TRC
TRC has submitted bids of over Bt100bn for 2Q15 to 2016. It expects more backlog at the end of 2015. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

TVT
TVT plans to expand new business via Line TV which has many customers. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

U
U plans to sell more than 7.89% NMG stock and SIRI. It expects cash of Bt1bn from this transaction. It expects to turnaround in 2015 and move to SET100 in July. (Khao Hoon, 18/06/15)

VGI
VGI expects revenue to increase 13% from Bt3bn in 2014 supported by advertising recovery. It has budgeted Bt260mn to expand advertising on BTS. It also plans to take over an advertising business in AEC to add more revenue. (Thun Hoon, 18/06/15)
