Comment: A quick look @ the numbers show that while yes there a lot of potential in the market because the set-top boxes penetration rates are still very low but distribution and the coupons scheme for it have been pathetic in its implementation.

ARROW’s shareholders approve capital increase to Bt253mn from Bt203mn. 25mn shares will be offered as a rights offering for existing shareholders at a ratio of 8 old:1 new at Bt1/share and 25mn shares for stock dividend plus cash dividend of Bt0.14/share. IFEC signs MoU with Lao government to conduct a feasibility study on a wind farm project with total capacity of 200MW. This could take a year before an investment decision would be made. Its wind farm at Pak Panang will commence operation in 3Q15 as planned. (Khao Hoon, 28/04/15)

ILINK
