KTB Corporate lending above target — KTB says its lending to large corporates has exceeded target and it hopes for growth of over 10% YoY. It has many projects including investment
banking and M&A supporting fee revenue growth of 20% YoY and expects this to reach 30% growth within three years. Its NPLs are still less than 1%. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/14)
Comment: Despite all the negativity about the economy, banks are the best performers this year.
MEGA
MEGA will launch new products, doubling revenue over five years. Management expects 2Q14 revenue growth of 10% YoY from Bt1.7bn in 1Q14, provided by access to new countries. It is confident that 2014 net profit will grow 10-15% YoY. (Tun Hoon, 14/07/14)
Comment: Again I still see its distribution network in Myanmar as the key strength of this company.
PCSGH
PCSGH: 2Q14 net profit up more than 30% QoQ driven by higher orders for auto parts and new five-year contracts with automakers. It said margins will still be high at 25-30%. Eco-car phase 2 will help push auto parts production in 2015. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/14)

PRIN: 1H14 revenue for 1H14 surpassed Bt1bn. It plans to launch four new projects worth Bt3bn in 2H14. It maintains its revenue growth target of 20% or Bt2.9bn this year, with Bt1bn in backlog expected to be booked. It will also open a community mall at Wacharapol in 4Q14. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/14)
TVD Good economy = good sales — CEO Songpol Shanmatkit expects the economy to brighten in 2H14. TVD will begin to sell products in Myanmar via TV and multichannel direct marketing. It expects revenue of Bt2.5bn in 2014 with a sharp growth net profit from Bt41.21bn in 2013 supported by extra profit of Bt125mn. (Tun Hoon, 14/07/14)
