HMPRO
HMPRO sets the budget of Bt40mn for promotions during Chinese New Year, via the launch of the “Home pro Super Shock Sale” campaign with the maximum discount up to 70% from today until 4 March 2015, hoping to stimulate sales more than Bt3.5bn. (Kao Hoon, 6/2/15)

HTECH
HTECH to decide on partnership – The management of HTECH has not yet decided, after two foreign investors are interested to be a partner, with the plan to strengthen its business first. In 2015, it expects the revenue to grow 10-15%, focusing more HDD after the slowdown of auto parts industry. It signals that its 2014 to be outstanding. (Thun Hoon, 6/2/15)

NCL will expand the business to Hong Kong and Cambodia. It is ready to seek the partner to invest in the integral logistics for supporting business next year. NCL expects its earnings to grow 30% in 2015. It cancels the plan to set up the business in Dubai. (Thun Hoon, 6/2/15)

PAF
The big alternative energy group is ready to prepare the tender offer for PAF at Bt7, hoping to bring the license of solar and waste power plant to pave the way for business in the future. The shareholder structure would be changed with the lower stake of Sahapat. (Thun Hoon, 6/2/15)
Comment: I have no idea what this is going on here, but the mention of solar power normally makes a stock price jump through the roof today.

PT
Still in negotiation with new partner – The management of PT said it is still negotiating with the new Japanese investors for being a partner. In 2015, its profit will be excellent, if the government pushes the digital economy and 4G to support demand of data center and network equipment. It is confident that profit will growth every year due to increasing order from communication sector. (Thun Hoon, 6/2/15)

PTG
PTG targets revenue growth of 20%, supported by the opening of new 30 LPG stations to raise the number of its gas station to 1,200 branches. It sets investment budget of Bt2.4bn and prepares to build a new tank. (Kao Hoon, 6/2/15)

PTT
The Energy Ministry will ask PTT to import another 3mn tons of LNG this year to fill the LNG depot to its maximum capacity to compensate for the upcoming loss of a gas supply from JDA B17 for Petronas Malaysia based on the contract on 1 April 2015. (Krungthep Thurakij, 6/2/15)

SIM
Revenue from overseas – SIM is ready to focus more on The Philippines and Middle East to double its revenue from overseas. It expects the revenue to hit Bt13bn in 2015, via focusing new markets and launching new products. It has recently partnered with TRUE to offer new promotions in order to raise the domestic sales. SIRI is concerned on the economic slowdown in 2H15, as the government budget might not help the low income.
