CI targets Bt3bn transfers. It is budgeting Bt2bn to acquire land in Bangkok and provinces in order to expand its business. Its new condo project, named Issara Collection Sathorn, got presales of 50% and CI expects it to sell out by early 2018. It says 25-30% of total presales came from foreigners. Q-CON plans to focus on wall products to diversify from AAC Block (autoclaved aerated concrete). It expects 2017 performance to turn around from a net loss of Bt107mn.
