CEI

PYLON

Comment: It’s interesting that PYLON has been a decent grower in the construction industry despite the fact the pie for the industry has shrunk rapidly in the past 2 years

QTC
QTC gets job from PEA worth Bt182mn, raising its backlog to Bt416mn. It expects to get a Bt1.5bn job from the MEA. 2015 revenue is expected to meet the Bt1bn target. (Khao Hoon, 29/05/15)

SPALI revises down new projects to 27 projects with the same value of Bt31.1bn by focusing on the high-end market. It targets 2015 revenue of Bt22bn; it has Bt39bn in backlog, expecting to book Bt14bn in 2H15. SPALI will introduce two condominiums worth Bt5bn in June. (Khao Hoon, 29/05/15)

SRICHA
SRICHA dividend yield is 9.17%, the highest in the construction sector. The company will bid for Bt8bn in projects soon. It is confident revenue and profit will grow 10% this year. (Thun Hoon, 29/05/15)
Comment: Such a high dividend yield piques my interest, question is only would it be sustainable given that it is a construction co.

SUPER
SUPER has 67 solar power plant projects with capacity of 396.37MW. At present, six projects with 13.01MW are operating. The company signed a contract with the PEA to sell 41.7MW. (Khao Hoon, 29/05/15)
