BKD
BKD is talking to a partner to handle a property project abroad which it expects to finalize this month. It expects to get a Bt400mn project in Myanmar. It expects 2016 revenue to grow not less than 20% from 2015’s Bt1.3bn target. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

Comment: The expansion to Japan has continued to a boon for CHOW, along with GUNKUL, they are one of the few companies to continue growing this way.
COLOR

DCON is talking to a prospective partner to expand its market in Cambodia. It plans to ask approval for its 2016 business pan in December. It plans to do a capital increase in order to acquire new land that will support its property business. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)
Comment: Well the story for DNA has played out as we had expected in the past few years, earnings have peaked due the condo transfer and now it’s returned to trading at a fair value for its core business
DNA
DNA has signed an MoU with P.B.&K enterprise Co., Ltd for a potential collaboration, including managing the media business. It expects this to contribute large revenue and net profit. It expects 2016 revenue to be good after it has completed business restructuring. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

FPI
FPI and partner are ready to take part in bidding for a 36MW biomass power plant (covering 3 provinces in the South and 4 districts in Songkhla). It is confident it is ready in terms of material management and source of funds. (Thun Hoon, 30/11/15)

Comment: I’ve been asked about JMART many-a-time and as much as I like the owner, I don’t care much for its core business.
ML

PTG shareholders approve purchase by subsidiary (PTGLG) of 32.01% of AMA Marine Co.,Ltd. It expects this acquisition will increase its logistics efficiency and distribution channels. Comment: Since we exited PTG …. some 5-6 months ago, I am curious how they will be able to go to the next level as a company, do these additional acquisitions add value? If so by how much? Something to figure out.
SGP
SGP shares are of interest to local and foreign investors because of its sustainable growth. It expects a decision soon. It expects to get the projects in Myanmar, Laos, and Indonesia. Comment: TPOLY will have a great one time profit as a result of this.
TRC
