Over the decades I’ve seen a few European/US companies who, going through a growth phase, enthusiastically diversify into completely unrelated areas, only for it to end in tears some years later with sell-offs that seldom capture the value of the original investment or cover the opportunity costs of not retaining the capital by wasted on the diversification. Hope this is not a path that BTS is starting out on.

This kinda has the same feel of Beauty’s main shareholder selling out at the top or close to it. But BTS is such a behemoth that this investment is a tiny portion of their overall business.
