ANAN
ANAN to transfer nine condominium projects worth Bt24.16bn, lifting revenue this year to Bt25bn. It also plans to launch eight more projects worth Bt15.9bn. (Khao Hoon, 28/8/ 17)
Comment: Straightforward story still, although risks are in the transferring of these projects..we still think property will be for another 3-5 years after that who knows.
BAFS
