AMATA maintains its presales target of 925 rai this year. It expects 4Q18 presales to be outstanding. Next year, it expects presales growth of 10% to 1,000 rai, backed by large demand from Chinese and Japanese. Backlog is 13,000 rai. It plans to raise land price in Amata City Chonburi. SCN says it already delivered the second round of NGV buses. The third round of 100 NGV buses will be delivered in December.
