HUMAN reaffirms solid 4Q from strong demand for HR software, outsources payroll & accounting services, upbeat outlook next year from healthy demand for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), mulls to expand to HR consulting, learning, health insurance agent and employee loans, target 20-30% rev growth next year.
Comment: Basically as their customers grow their number of employees, HUMAN earns more, but the to bring new clients onto their platform isn’t as immediately as some may expect. It can take 6-to onboard a new firm.
PF sees 6% revenue growth next year to Bt23.98b, from Bt22.63b expected this year, to wrap up office for rent deal.
MINT liquidated stake in 2 sub and JV, booking Bt1.395b.
Comment: Effectively they buy new assets with debt, sell off old assets to pay down the debt.
SGP sets 10% LPG sales growth next year to 3.77m tons, on rising demand from emerging markets, sets Bt1.3-1.4b capex.
SIRI launches Burasiri Rama 2, 175 units worth Bt1.6b, with Burasiri Experience campaign, firms on Bt15b transfers in horizontal projects this year.

@ AMATA and Vietnam: I really wonder what they did to ‘succeed’ in AMATAV NOT performing well… investment in Vietnam is supposed to be a profitable thing nowadays…

Investment if done right in Vietnam is incredibly profitable, look at EPCO, flipped a 99mw solar farm for a 70% profit 4 months after COD.

Majority of FDI re factory investment is in the North where Amata VN doesn’t have much of a presence.
