ANAN plans to launch three property projects worth Bt6.8bn in 4Q18 and boost its presales to reach its target of Bt35bn this year. It believes demand for condominiums adjacent BTS and MRT lines is still growing. (Kao Hoon, 11/10/18)
Comment: For property the story is quite simple…a good location at a decent price typically sells well. And for ANAN its even simpler, just look at their launches, sales and transfers..
BGRIM
BGRIM announced that its 257MW solar farm in Fujian has signed the commercial operation contract with Vietnam’s electricity authority. COD is scheduled for June 30, 2019. It expects revenue growth of 15-20% in 2019. It continues to invest in Vietnam where growth opportunity abounds. (Kao Hoon, 11/10/18)
Comment: And they’ll continue to win projects everywhere in the region. The question in the future shall be at one point does their balance sheet limit expansion and how will they mitigate this? Selling stake in their existing plants? Selling entire plants? Infra fund?
DRT
DRT will ask its board to approve production expansion of concrete roofing tiles and prefabricated roofing frames in November. It expects to raise export volume. It expects sales growth of 5% this year. (Kao Hoon, 11/10/18)
EA
EA is setting up a palm oil processing plant. New orders are rising gradually and will lift revenue for the long term. As for its power plant business, it is setting up 103 wind turbines in Hanuman and expects to finish this year. The project will start commercial operations immediately after completion. TKN expects sales growth in 4Q18. It continues to focus on foreign markets. It expects revenue growth of 15% this year from last year’s Bt5.28bn. It is maintaining its gross margin at 31-32%, stable from last year’s 32.16%. (Thun Hoon, 11/10/18)

TPOLY expects 4Q18 results to grow YoY. It is negotiating for 2-3 building construction projects with total value of Bt1-2bn. One of these projects will be concluded at the end of this year. It plans to bid for the airport system setup project. As for its real estate business, it is preparing to conduct presales for the third phase of Greenwich Prime project worth Bt600-700mn in 2Q19.
