Comment: If it was a pure coal play I would become more excited….why? I think coal prices are going to do very well this decade.

Comment: The mixed-use trend is continues to roll out in Thailand. I wonder what is happening with the Mall Group….they haven’t invested in anything for the longest time and there appears to be a split amongst the usual group of Siam Piwat and the mall.
SPALI revealed FY20 launch plan 30 projects (25 SDHs & 5 condos) total worth Bt30b, will tap in major cities upcountry to expand coverage, eyes Bt26b sales target, full year revenue above Bt24b.
Comment: Still big target numbers from these guys, its the smaller players that are going to be weeded out this year. Of the public co’s ALL seems to be the weakest one.

Thanks Pon, yeah I saw the 9m accounts showed only wind loss compensation, then the design and insurance extras pushed Q4 into a small loss. I am thinking about buying some more at 1.8baht as the wind farm holdings are being deeply undervalued at this price.
Regardless of how this virus pans out the PPAs are signed so the revenue is already guaranteed by the govt contract for what it’s worth,
