AWC sees year-to-date average OCC >80% across hotels portfolio, MICE segment >90%, strong booking to continue in April supported by Songkran fest, booking of 3 hotels in Chiang Mai remain strong in April, sees no cancellation despite haze.
Comment: Now it’s just becoming silly, we need more rooms hitting the market asap (note – bkk will be completely flooded with hotel rooms in the next 2-3 years). But it is proven that only the strong major players have survived Covid, were able to manage their balance sheets..etc etc & for the next few years they’ll make as much $ as possible before new supply comes online.
