EFORL plans to sell 9mn Wuttisak shares (9% stake), at Bt55/share for a total of Bt495mn. It expects the sale to be completed by September. Yeah the former THCOM CEO is quite the superstar executive, formerly of IBM. She is about to try another turnaround at DTC aka ye olde Dusit Thani Hotel, the share price of which has been interesting to watch since the news broke.

DTC – Damn cheap on asset value, if i remember correctly its land in hua hin alone is equivalent to the mkt cap today. Question is – can they expand management contracts strongly? Similar to that of MINT and CENTEL, if so, ROE’s and profit margins will expand tremendously, may take 3-5 years at the fastest, but if you can dream it, then is a THB 200 valuation impossible in 5 years?
