Comment: just saw the ad for the sawasdee up otw to the airport. Great placement AOT, think it would be more useful for people arriving to the country and not leaving it. Now for their business. Numbers are only going to look better and better for the next 3 years running.
CENTEL: cod-ed 180 rooms upper-mid scale boutique hotel in BKK old town, Centara Bangkok Phra Nakhon, nearby Khaosan road, Phra Arthit express boat pier, Grand Palace, National Museum & Wat Pho temple.
Comment: hoovering up the market.
NCL: invest Bt 372m for 60% stake in brokerage firm, Asia Wealth Securities(AWS).
Comment: Really?!?! I mean well, if they have that much excess cash and can’t figure out what to do with it. I have a NFT they can buy.
TISCO: expects outstanding loan expand by 6-7% at end of year, exceed 5% FY22 loan growth target after logged 5% credit expansion 9M22, sees loan demand improve in 4Q on economic recovery & seasonal factors.
Comment: Perhaps a decent play on NIM expansion.
