SIRI says 1H18 presales grew 62% YoY to Bt24bn. It plans to launch 16 new projects with a total value of Bt36.3bn in 2H18. It has Bt54bn in backlog, which will be booked as revenue until 2020. It expects to achieve its Bt30bn revenue target this year. (Kao Hoon, 7/7/18)
Comment: I am just astounded that this company can continue to achieve their sales numbers. They are marketing kings.
