SABUY sets Bt20b next year revenue target, from Bt5-5.5b expected this year, on 30-50% growth in 5 key business, sets Bt8-10b capex, to wrap up 3-5 deals by end of year.
Comment: So how many more businesses must be bought, how will the acquisitions be funded, note that they are paying with equity for the larger purchases. Could be a great roll up or it could just fall apart, interesting to see.
SITHAI sets Bt100m capex to establish melamine products and packaging plant in Vietnam, sees no financial strain from current D/E 0.97x, target cod 2H23.

Unbelievable how long this clearly completely unprofessional and incompetent Management can stay in Power. Given all the missed Earnings , Cracks in Fountains, the terrible execution of Projects etc…
In every other Country this Guys would be selling Sandwiches at an Subway Station 😉 and not run an listed Company. Is there an Board who controls the Management?
