DCORP expects 2016 revenue to turn around. It signed an MoU with a partner for a 320MW solar farm in the Philippines. It expects construction on this to begin in 1Q17. DEMCO’s backlog increased to Bt7.1bn after it got a Bt690.12mn project from EGAT. It plans to take part in Bt120bn in bids, both private and public projects. (Thun Hoon, 10/10/16)

ERW benefits from higher tourism with its occupancy up to 82%. It expects 2016 revenue to grow not less than 10% from last year’s Bt5.32bn. It plans to launch HOP INN abroad in 4Q16. It plans to set up a REIT, with more clarification next year. (Thun H oon, 10/10/16)

JSP
JSP expects 4Q16 performance to peak on the back of transfers. It targets presales of Bt500mn from its house and condo show, of which it expects to book 45% this year. It expects 2016 revenue to reach Bt4bn as targeted. (Thun Hoon, 10/1 0/16)
LALIN
LALIN expects 2016 presales to beat its target of Bt2.8bn after it achieving Bt3bn in the first nine months. It plans to launch Bt600-700mn in SDH and TH projects in 4Q16. This will raise total new launches in 2016 to nine, meeting its target. (Thun Hoon, 10/10/16)
LPH
LPH is budgeting Bt200mnm to take over two hospitals. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 10-15% as targeted, brought by opening specialty centers and seasonality. It is budgeting Bt660mn to open four more centers and 1 hospital at Lumlukka Klong6. (Thun Hoon, 10/10/16)

NOBLE expects 2016 net profit to be in the black. It expects 4Q16 performance to be peak on the back of NOBLE Ploenchit condo, valued at Bt18bn after presales reached 70-80%. It plans to launch five projects, valued at Bt10bn next year. (Khao Hoon, 10/10/16)

SEAFCO expects to get a Bt300mn dual track job (Jira – Khonkaen). It plans to take part in new projects in Cambodia. (Khao Hoon, 10/10/16)
SMPC
SMPC expects 2016 revenue to grow 15-20% from last year’s Bt2.93bn because of high demand. It is budgeting Bt100-120mn to improve productivity. It plans to increase its gas cylinder capacity to 7.2mn from 6.2mn. It plans to set up a plant abroad. It expects a decision to be made by the end of this year. (Thun Hoon, 10/10/16)
Comment: I couldn’t quite wrap my head around how this company is able to capture the market share in their export markets. And it’s proven to be a mistake given both their financial and stock performance.
