NEP’s shareholders approved a capital increase of not over 965.52mn shares as a rights offering at a ratio of 3 old shares to 2 new, priced at Bt0.45, plus a free warrant at a ratio of 2:1. Comment: Wait what? Who are these guys? Investing in broadband is incredibly expensive and how will they compete against the larger players? I just don’t see it happening.

VTE
VTE expects to do power business abroad and aims at capacity of 300MW by the end of 2017. It is negotiating with a listed company to invest in a 25MW biomass power plant in Japan.
