Comment: Despite a relatively tepid growth rate, these valuation levels still hold because 1) It’s the biggest and arguably the best hospital play in Thailand 2) It is the only hospital group that has proven its ability to continue expanding well 3) They are still actively looking for M&A deals
CKP

Issues clarification of news – Khun Phongsak Sirikoop, CEO and M.D. of DEMCO clarifies news printed in a local paper: 1) It has not yet announced 1Q earnings. 2) It has not provided any information with regards to the process of selling Khun Nopporn’s shares. 3) It has also not released information regarding the purchaser of WEH stock in an equal proportion to Khun Nopporn’s shares. Comment: Again the main item for DEMCO is whether or not WEH can be listed, once its solved the stock price may again head back up to high teens
EMC
EMC focusing on property business and is confident that it will have a profit this year after booking profit in 2Q15. It is continuing to invest in line with its five-year plan and targets revenue to reach Bt18bn. (Thun Hoon, 20/04/15)
FOCUS
Revenue to reach nearly a million baht – Focus says its revenue may reach Bt900mn on the booking of Bt800mn revenue from a condominium. It has bid for new projects worth Bt1.5bn, which may give it projects valued at Bt600mn in April 2015. It expects a net profit this year which it expects to use to wipe out losses of Bt51mn. FSMART
FSMART expects 1Q15 to be outstanding after expand its online top-up machines. It plans to expand these machines to 57,000 to meet market demand. It plans to negotiate with another company to join its business. (Thun Hoon, 20/04/15)

GOLD
Expects 1Q15 profit increase of 400% with sales of Bt2.5bn and backlog of Bt2.5mn, which will be booked as revenue this year. GOLD shareholders plan to decrease capital and split par in order to wipe out the retained losses. (Khao Hoon, 20/04/15)
MACO
MACO will meet about a JV in ASEAN today and the put it to the shareholders for approval on April 22. It expects profit to grow 20% this year and plans to invest Bt500mn to expand its media area to 100,000 sqm. (Thun Hoon, 20/04/15)

1Q15 to grow YoY. It expects earnings to reverse from a loss of Bt73.10mn. Presales have already reached 900 rai, more than expected. The firm expects revenue of Bt11.8bn this year. It continues to plan to expand. (Thun Hoon, 20/04/15)
SLP
Plans IPO of 420mn shares – SALEE shareholders will be able to book the shares April 20-22 and the public will be able to reserve shares between April 23-24 and 27. The first day of trading will be 7 May 2015. (Khao Hoon, 20/04/2015)

SRICHA
Middle-east investors interested in a joint venture in related business. This proposal will be subject to due diligence with a conclusion expected this year. It expects revenue grow 10% this year as it is bidding for more projects with a total value of Bt8bn. Current clients, TOP, ESSO, and Chevron, may offer new projects to the company. Comment: TMB was the darling of investors last year, but their numbers have disappointed quite badly for the 1q15
