Comment: Knowing the team at BGRIM, this will immediately be accretjve to their earnings and valuations.

ERW target 10-15% revenue growth, driven by higher OCC & RevPar yoy, 9 hotels on track to debut this year.
FPT
Frasers Property (Thailand) board approved a voluntary tender offer to acquire GOLD @ Bt8.5 each.
Comment: So will UV Plc be next ?
PSH
PSH sets Bt47b revenue target, from 55 new launches worth Bt68.1b, Bt54b presales, +5.7% yoy, Bt21.6b of Bt33.2b backlog to realise this year.
Comment: At this size, they have become the market.
PTTGC
PTTGC sees revenue this year on par with last year, sets Bt40b capex, to wrap up plastic recycling plant in Rayong by mid-year and US petrochemical complex by end of year.
PTG
PTG sees record high revenue this year, Bt140-150b, a 35-40% yoy growth, sets 40-50% EBITDA growth, keeps #2 market share with 4,800m liters sales, +16-20% yoy.
Comment: Revenue growth has never been the problem for PTG. The issue lies in the marketing margin. And how quickly will the non oil business kick in to minimise the volatility from the marketing margin.
SIRI
SIRI’s customers will be able to buy all of its residential units thru a mobile app and online starting in April this year.
Comment: I don’t believe this is completely accurate, perhaps customers can book units on the app, but actual transfer of ownership?
TISCO
TISCO target Bt15b car loans this year +40% yoy, will add 40 branches tally total to 300 outlets by end of year, focus upcountry & EEC area
Comment: I shall need my thinking cap on for this one.
TMB/TCAP
Finance Ministry said TMB and TBANK are expected to sign MoU next month, taking them another step towards a merger.
Comment: It definitely looks like it’s being pushed through.
TNP
TNP will add 5 supermarket this year to 26 branches by end of year, upbeats SSSG supported by higher spending from government welfare program and larger traffic at stores at 2nd tier provinces.
